The challenge between a great strategic plan and a simple, real, and workable plan is IMPLEMENTATION. Many stop short of making their plans work by spending hours on planning but never set foot on the path to implement it. The end of March and the beginning of April, we spend solid time working on "our Nest Step." Pray for us that the plan will "sink-in" and change our life-style altogether.
